An active member of the Canadian and international arbitration community, His experience includes acting for Canada in the NAFTA Chapter XI arbitration Lone Pine v. Canada, and representing parties and serving asTribunal Assistant in both ad hoc and institutional arbitration proceedings. Eric was appointed to the Arbitration Place's NextGen Roster of Arbitrators in 2021 and is a member of the ICC Canada's Arbitration Committee and an executive of the Young Canadian Arbitration Practitioners. Eric sits on the Young Canadian Arbitration Practitioners’ Board of Directors and acts as VP - Education & Events.
