Fanming Meng is the General Counsel at InnVest Hotels, the largest owner of hotels in Canada. Before joining InnVest, Fanming spent five years as a student and lawyer practicing at Davies Ward Phillips & Vineberg LLP, advising multinational clients on a variety of corporate, real estate, and private equity transactions.
Prior to his legal career, Fanming was an experienced management consultant in Singapore. Having founded and grown his own consulting business, he understands firsthand the challenges entrepreneurs face in establishing and developing their businesses. He actively helps budding entrepreneurs navigate complicated legal and business terrains. He coached many talented young entrepreneurs, several of whom went on to run successful businesses.
Fanming holds a JD from University of Toronto and is licensed to practice in Ontario and New York.
