Preet has represented parties in a large number of insolvency and restructuring proceedings, including under the CCAA and CBCA, and has been an integral part of the team in a number of significant commercial, civil fraud and auditor liability cases, appearing before all levels of Court.
Preet's legal expertise has resulted in her being widely published in an array of legal publications, as well as being interviewed on her areas of expertise, including her work in connection with legal issues arising out of Covid-19.
Preet also serves as Chair of the Toronto Student Committee, overseeing student recruitment and the student program, in addition to sitting on numerous other firm partnership committees and being a mentor to younger lawyers.
