Wade is the former chair of the Ontario Bar Association’s Constitutional, Civil Liberties and Human Rights Executive, and was a former applicant-side appointee to the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario’s Practice Advisory Committee. Wade has been recognized by Best Lawyers Canada for the past four years, been awarded the Top 40 Under Forty Achievement Award and is Lexpert Ranked in the area of Workplace Human Rights.

Wade Poziomka is a partner at Ross & McBride LLP where he practices in the areas of Labour, Employment and Human Rights Law. Wade dedicated his legal career to ensuring that the voices of marginalized members of our communities are heard. Wade believes the law is an instrument of social change and when the law does not protect those who need it the most, the law needs to change. Wade has successfully argued in favour of legal reform, bringing about changes in labour law that provide better protections for employees. Wade is also deeply committed ensuring individuals have access to the law, and he regularly does pro bono work for community groups and organizations.
