assists clients in the acquisition and divestiture of energy-related projects and assets, including the negotiation and completion of complex purchase and sale transactions as well as general corporate/commercial matters in connection with corporate reorganizations. She brings to her practice complementary experience in advising clients on, and the negotiation of, joint ventures between industry and Indigenous communities in connection with equity ownership and investments in energy projects in Canada. Ashley is actively involved in the Calgary community, including as a committee member of the Canadian Energy Law Foundation Jasper Seminar. She is on the board of directors for the Women’s Centre in Calgary. Ashley is also the Chair of the Student Recruitment Committee in the Calgary office.
