Jessica has built a successful practice focused on employment, labour, human rights, and administrative law, and has been recognized in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory as a leading practitioner in labour management. Jessica has contributed to the firm’s success by serving as Chair of the Regional Employment & Labour Group for the last few years, taking the lead on business development initiatives including client webinars that have attracted hundreds of client attendees. She is also a member of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee in New Brunswick. Jessica’s contributions extend to the broader business community, where she sits on the board of the Canadian Association of Counsel to Employers (CACE) and is a member of the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources New Brunswick. She was also a board member of the Stan Cassidy Foundation from 2018–2021.
