Leah practises corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and public company advice. She routinely works with clients on both public and private M&A transactions, representing issuers, financial institutions, investment banks, and pension plans. Leah also supports clients with ongoing corporate governance and securities law guidance, advising companies on regulatory compliance and best practices. Leah earned her JD in 2010 from the University of Western Faculty of Law and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2011.
