Carly Klinkhoff is a partner in Torys LLP’s Toronto office, practising in the Mergers and Acquisitions, Capital Markets, and Metals and Mining groups. Her practice is primarily focused on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, stream and royalty finance, and corporate governance matters.
Carly has extensive experience advising foreign and domestic clients in public and private mergers and acquisitions transactions, and issuers and underwriters in debt and equity offerings. Carly’s industry experience includes metals and mining, real estate, technology, financial services, and retail.
