Guillaume Michaud forged his practice during the 2008 economic crisis, becoming Norton Rose Fulbright Canada’s Head of Insolvency and Restructuring in 2024. Guillaume practises all aspects of insolvency law (including litigation), with a particular emphasis on developing the distressed mergers and acquisitions space.
